1. Why do I have to open an account before I can place an order?
When you open an account, you will also have access to the various services we have to offer, which include:
Permanent Cart: Any products added to your online cart remain there until you remove them, or check them out.
Order History: View your history of purchases made with us.
Track your order: Check the progress of your order and find out exactly when it is posted to you.
Newsletter: If you subscribe to our Newsletter, you will occasionally be notified of new products and special offers.
2. Is V.A.T included in your prices?
All our prices where applicable, include VAT currently at 15%.
3. How do I order and pay for my purchase?
Please go to our How To Order page (on right hand side of screen), for a detailed explanation of ordering and paying for your purchase.
4. Are all the designs licensed?
All designs on this site are licensed and subject to copyright laws.
Whilst every effort has been made to reproduce the designs as originals, colours may vary slightly due to different screen resolutions.
5. What happens if an item I order is out of stock?
As many of our products come from the U.S.A, you may encounter a delay in receiving your goods if an item you have ordered is out of stock.
If this situation occurs, we will contact you immediately and you can decide whether to wait until the item is back in stock, choose another design, or have a full refund.
6. I don't live in the UK, can I place an order?
Unfortunately, due to the terms and conditions of our licensed suppliers, we are unable to supply any goods oversea's.
