Whilst every effort has been made to reproduce the designs as originals, colours may vary slightly due to different screen resolutions. 

5.   What happens if an item I order is out of stock?

As many of our products come from the U.S.A, you may encounter a delay in receiving your goods if an item you have ordered is out of stock.

If this situation occurs, we will contact you immediately and you can decide whether to wait until the item is back in stock, choose another design, or have a full refund. 

6.   I don't live in the UK, can I place an order?

Unfortunately, due to the terms and conditions of our licensed suppliers, we are unable to supply any goods oversea's. 

7.   What are the product care and washing instructions?

If your order arrives creased

Turn inside out - drape garment over ironing board so front and back are not touching each other and iron on a medium heat setting. Do not place iron directly onto design.

Washing & Ironing Instructions

Turn garment inside out and machine wash at 40 degrees C or a hand wash programme, using a non-biological soap powder/liquid.

We recommend you wash dark garments using a soap powder/liquid specifically for colours. 

Do not tumble dry, bleach or dry clean.

Iron on a medium heat setting, and do not place iron on design.

Full washing and ironing instructions will be included with your order.   

8. How do I close my account?

Send us an email, stating that you wish to close your account, and we will delete all information immediately. 

9. How do I make a complaint?

Please contact us giving details and you will receive a reply within 3 working days.
